Complete Rajasthan Tour Package Guide
Build a Rajasthan journey around royal cities, desert landscapes and realistic road distances. This guide helps you choose destinations, duration, stays and a comfortable private route.
Why Choose Rajasthan
A Rajasthan tour package brings together hill forts, royal palaces, historic old cities, desert camps and living craft traditions. Private road travel is especially useful because the state’s major experiences are spread across several cities.
Choosing the Right Duration
A five-day itinerary can focus on Jaipur and one nearby destination, while seven to ten days suits Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Jaisalmer and Bikaner require additional travel days for a comfortable pace.
Jaipur: The Pink City
Jaipur offers Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and the Hawa Mahal area. Guests can add bazaars, block-printing experiences, traditional cuisine or an evening cultural programme.
Jodhpur and the Blue City
Mehrangarh Fort dominates the Jodhpur experience, supported by Jaswant Thada, the old blue neighbourhoods and local markets. Jodhpur also works as a convenient road link between Jaipur, Jaisalmer and Udaipur.
Udaipur Lakes and Palaces
Udaipur adds a relaxed contrast with City Palace, Lake Pichola, gardens and sunset viewpoints. Two nights are recommended when travellers want both sightseeing and leisure time.
Jaisalmer Desert Experience
A Jaisalmer extension can include the Golden Fort, havelis and a Sam dunes camp experience. Desert activities and camp standards vary, so inclusions should be confirmed before booking.
Best Season for Rajasthan
October to March is the most comfortable season for forts and desert travel. Summer itineraries need early sightseeing and adequate rest, while monsoon journeys can offer fewer crowds and dramatic landscapes.
Vehicle and Road Planning
Couples may choose a sedan, families often prefer an Innova, and groups can select an Urbania or Tempo Traveller. Long intercity sectors should be balanced with rest stops and sensible arrival times.
Hotels, Camps and Inclusions
A Rajasthan tour package can combine city hotels, heritage stays and desert camps. Quotations should clearly separate transport, accommodation, meals, activities, guides and monument tickets.
Custom Rajasthan Itinerary
Routes can begin in Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur or Udaipur and may include Pushkar, Ranthambore or Mandawa. Share your preferred cities and available days for a route that avoids unnecessary backtracking.
